Cook Needed $21-$23hr—Waters Edge at 47 Sag (Bolton Landing, NY)

Waters Edge at 47 Sag, a lakeside café in the heart of Bolton Landing, is looking for a reliable, motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. We serve breakfast and lunch with a focus on fresh ingredients, local partners, and a relaxed Lake George atmosphere. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, positive environment and take pride in consistent, quality food, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items (7:30am-5:30pm) according to established recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
• Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks
• Ensure food quality, portion consistency, and timely service
• Work collaboratively with the café team to keep service smooth during busy hours
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience cooking professionally, 2+ years strongly preferred
• Ability to work efficiently during high volume periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Schedule:
• Working from open to close 7:30am-5:30pm on two consecutive slower days of the week such as Monday and Tuesday. *More fill-in shifts are available on busier days*
