Adirondack Winery is hiring high-energy, customer-focused team members to join our Queensbury Tasting Room & Restobar this summer.
This is not a typical server or bartender role.
Our guests come to celebrate — birthdays, bachelorettes, date nights, live music, comedy shows, and more. Your job is to turn great moments into unforgettable experiences — and yes, to confidently sell and recommend along the way.

Pay & Perks
$16/hr base + tips (avg. $10–$12/hr extra)

This is a sales + service role, not just order-taking.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a server, bartender, and/or host depending on shift needs
Lead engaging wine tastings (we train you!)
Recommend wines, cocktails, food, and pairings
Upsell additional rounds, premium items, desserts, and retail
Promote Wine Club memberships and our Rewards program
Support events like live music, comedy shows, and private parties
Help maintain a clean, organized, high-energy environment

Requirements
Must be 21+
Available at least 1 weekday + 1 weekend day
Reliable transportation to Queensbury
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs

We require at least 2 4-8hr shifts per week; including a Saturday or Sunday Shift. Our shifts vary greatly, days, evenings; depending on the events we have going on and the time of year - Good news is we're never open past 10:30pm.
