2017 honda ruckus 400 miles like new condition, fresh oil change , new battery, runs perfect, tires and brakes like new, not a scratch on it and has under seat enclosure, transferable registration in hand. This is a limited use motorcycle so no title, ownership’s is transferred by registration. Goes 30-40 mph depending on rider and 100 MPG.
