I’m offering a Great deal on my 3 year old Rimol Eastpoint greenhouse measuring 20x24. This Greenhouse could be expanded very easy by purchasing additional hoops from Rimol. While 4’ bow-spacing is standard, this house can be fabricated with 6’ spacing as well. You will not find a heavier build Greenhouse to withstand the winters heavy snow loads. I have always had a double layer of plastic on the GH that I’ve kept inflated. Really helps with the insulation and the snow just sheds right off and with heavy winds, it doesn’t even flinch. I have double the amount of wind bracing which is a little overkill, but it makes for a very solid incredibly built Greenhouse. I have the extended ground post, which makes for a 13 foot peak. Also, has metal end walls.
The greenhouse and equipment are in excellent condition. There are 2- 30” inch motorized shutters and 2 J&D 20” exhaust fans. I will include all wiring and thermostat, that controls the intake and exhaust fans. Also 2 12” Schaefer vk12 fans. There is a J&D JD360 destratifier fan mounted in the middle of GH. This year I added the roll up sides and it really helped with keeping it cool so the exhaust fans didn’t have to kick on near as much. Included as the Hand crank, and also the crank that you can attach to your drill for easy fast roll up. The kit was approximately $850.00.
I will need help taking the greenhouse down and can provide myself and another person to help with the process of disassembling. That is the reason why I am offering the Greenhouse at a very fair price. The hoops may be able to stay assembled for easier installation. If you do need professional installation, I do know a gentleman in Vermont that would charge around 2800 to install.
If you’re looking to save thousands on a Greenhouse that is in excellent condition this is your opportunity.
