All new in sealed boxes except one outlet that was opened but still new.
Z-Wave requires a controller or “hub” then it can be controlled by a variety of devices like tablets, smartphones & security systems. Devices can communicate with each other no matter what brand or platform they are built on using a central controller (sometimes called a hub, bridge or gateway).

There are eight new GE devices total, they are:
Five dimmers (3- paddle style and 2- toggle style)
These work with any bulb type- LED, Incandescent or fluorescent
One Fan control
Two outlets
All of these devices cost $40 or more each,
I purchased these intending to automate my home but decided against it.
About $350- $400 to purchase these new I'm asking only $175 or best offer.
Will consider separating but prefer to sell together.
I also have a used Trane Z-wave thermostat that I will include for free with purchase (~$100 value).
