Barn cat (Queensbury)

Have a beautiful white fluffy adult cat he was my uncles we tried to keep him but he really doesn’t get along with people or dogs so we are thinking he would be better suited as a barn cat since he also constantly wants to be outside we have not been able to bring him to a vet and I’m not sure my uncle did either. Please get ahold for pictures or if you just want a mouser/barn cat
