This is a used Dell E-5430v laptop that was sent to surplus by a NY State government agency. See pictures... Not sure why you may need a Windows 7 machine... but some people do, and if you do... here's a fully working one. Typical school setup: 320 GB hard drive, we increased RAM to 8 GB. It comes with an adapter and a battery... but please understand we have no way of testing their longevity.
